To supervise Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians to sustain, improve the manufacturing process yield/output, operating cost, equipment control, products quality and develop the new technology to meet the customer satisfaction.
Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent.
Work in electronic, semiconductors or HDD business especially slider fabricate process or HGA assembly are advantage.
Ultrasonic / Megasonic cleaning process knowledge.
Brush scrubbing, rinsing, and drying process experience.
Chemical handling and concentration control (alkaline/surfactant cleaners).
Equipment operation, recipe setup, and preventive maintenance.
