Job Overview

As a Senior Writer, you will lead Junior Writers who proofread and refine AI-adapted Spanish scripts.

Key points

  1. Proofreading, Quality Review and Production Sign-Off.

  2. Review scripts for grammar, spelling, accents, punctuation, register, fluency, and fidelity to the English source.

  3. Catch what the first proofread missed: mistranslations, awkward phrasing, dropped lines, tonal drift, wrong emotion tags, and continuity breaks.

  4. Make every script AI-voice friendly: correct formatting, clear speaker labels, accurate emotion tags, pacing-guided punctuation, and numbers, abbreviations, and names written for correct pronunciation.

  5. Native or near-native Spanish with outstanding grammar, spelling, and editorial judgment.

  6. Strong English comprehension, to check scripts against the source.

  7. Proven proofreading, editing, or translation review experience, with stamina for high daily volume.

  8. Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching proofreaders, editors, or writers.
