Solutions Architect - Australia

Job Overview

We’re hiring Solutions Architects to help strategic customers make AI-native work real in production on the Grok platform, using Grok Bot for knowledge work and business workflows and Grok Build (Cursor) for AI-native software development.

Key points

  1. Build multi-threaded relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering and business leaders, and executive sponsors, and turn skeptics into champions.

  2. Lead architecture reviews and working sessions, and advise on what to build, developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and adoption strategy.

  3. Prototype alongside customers by connecting systems, designing agents and workflows, and debugging failures until ambiguous ideas become working systems.

  4. Reason about trust boundaries with CISOs and platform owners, covering identity, permissions, data access, connectors and MCPs, execution environments, network controls, auditability…

  5. Partner with ADMs from meeting prep through active participation, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to unblock customers.

  6. Translate adoption into measurable impact, from faster iteration, developer productivity, and engineering quality to workflow efficiency, and help customers communicate that value internally.
