Key points

  1. Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews.

  2. Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, debrief sessions, coordinating travel, completing offer documents, etc.

  3. Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, the hiring managers they support, and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing a positive candidate…

  4. Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment.

  5. Previous experience arranging complex interview schedules in a fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats as needed.

  6. A passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of the Talent Acquisition Team.

  7. Great communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization.

  8. High propensity for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
