The role will involve working on real-time tech hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting hiring drives.

  2. Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions.

  3. Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls.

  4. Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.

  7. Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.

  8. Ability to understand basic technical job requirements.
