As the Puerto Rico Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruitment efforts for AbbVie’s manufacturing sites and the Commercial divisions, located in Barceloneta and San Juan, respectively. Recruit for AbbVie’s Puerto Rico Sites: AbbVie Ltd., AbbVie Biotechnology Ltd., and AbbVie Corp (commercial offices).
Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred, as well as Operations recruitment experience.
Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
Must project a strong business presence and have the ability to instill confidence in clients and to deliver results.
Must possess working knowledge in Puerto Rico and Federal Labor Laws.
