In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technology roles across Paytm's core business units. Demonstrated track record of closing niche and complex engineering roles (e.g., Java, Microservices, React, Node.js, Cloud/DevOps, Data Engineering).

  3. Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, engineering designations, and technical skill matrices.

  4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  5. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or Darwinbox.
