Existing network of high-volume individual traders (crypto perps, event markets, or equity derivatives) you can engage from day one.

Fluency in how retail/prosumer traders use perps and event contracts: leverage, margin modes, funding, fees, and what actually moves volume.

Proven ability to source from cold, close, and monetize VIP relationships against volume or revenue targets.

Comfort in a regulated US (CFTC) environment; Series 3 preferred or obtainable within 60 days.
