There will be a clear target on new business — you will be measured on both client service quality and new VIP onboarding performance.

Preferred: existing network of crypto/stock traders who are potential VIP clients - particularly valuable if network includes quant trading or mathematical finance communities.

Preferred: personal exposure to trading (stocks, crypto, ETFs, or other financial instruments).

Preferred: prior experience (or internship) in finance, technical sales, research, or client services.

Preferred: understanding of the local crypto trading community and market dynamics.
