We're hiring AI Builders: AI-first people from product, data or business backgrounds who find a real business problem, ship a working AI solution themselves, and get it adopted.
You'll own an outcome: talk to the team with the problem, decide what to build…
What you'll do: Work AI-first: use AI by default to research, prototype, analyse and automate…
You're AI-first. AI is your default way to research, build and ship, not an add-on. You try new models and tools early and have…
You've built something from zero. You founded something, joined a founding team or launched your own side product…
You start from the problem. You can explain who had it, how you knew it was real and what metric moved.
You build with your own hands. You've shipped AI-powered products or workflows yourself, with code, agents or no-code, and can show them.
You get things adopted. You've taken something from launch to real users, inside a company or in the market.
You own outcomes. No spec, no owner, no problem: you make the call and move.
