Key points

  1. Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publish-ready edit.

  2. Appear on camera for relevant formats, including explainers, trends, street-style content, and scripted or semi-scripted videos.

  3. Monitor TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube for emerging trends, sounds, formats, and challenges, and help turn relevant trends into timely content.

  4. Apply strong hook and retention thinking across content, using visual, audio, and narrative techniques to improve watch-through.

  5. Proven ability to create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts (portfolio, personal account, or previous work).

  6. Comfortable and natural on camera.

  7. Strong understanding of hooks (visual, audio, and video) and how they drive retention.

  8. Proficient in CapCut and Instagram's native editing tools.
