Job Overview

As a Director in our team, you will collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers. We are looking for the right person to lead our talented bunch of Product Managers, Senior Product Managers and Product Analysts.

Key points

  1. Own complex and impact product charters for Meesho.

  2. Define a compelling product vision and strategy for your Org, and influence other functional leaders/teams.

  3. Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved first and break them down into smaller chunks.

  4. Facilitate a process to come up with the best technology-led ideas to solve the prioritized problems.

  5. Experience in building and leading high performing teams.

  6. Exceptional problem-solving skills based on ‘first principles’ thinking.

  7. Good understanding of technology.

  8. Familiarity with product management processes such as A/B experimentation.
