Active Chartered Accountant (ACA / FCA / ACCA) qualification required.

ASC 606 Expertise: Deep understanding of ASC 606, specifically within enterprise SaaS, consumption/usage-based business models, and complex software revenue structures.

Entity & Local Governance Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of Irish statutory requirements, intercompany operational frameworks, and cross-border commercial execution.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, ERP enterprise systems).

Proven track record of managing global teams, navigating ambiguity, leading through rapid scale, and influencing stakeholders across cross-functional matrixed teams.

Big 4 Experience: Minimum 5+ years of audit or advisory experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
