Job Overview

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for defining and executing Paytm Europe's commercial strategy across Europe. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing organisation spanning field sales, partnerships, merchant acquisition, customer success and commercial performance.

  1. Define and execute Paytm Europe's commercial strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision.

  2. Identify new markets, customer segments, strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities.

  3. Develop scalable go-to-market strategies for each European market.

  4. Recruit, develop and lead a best-in-class field sales organisation.

  5. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling commercial organisations within payments.

  6. Experience launching new markets, leading field sales teams and developing strategic partnerships across multiple European jurisdictions will be highly valued.

  7. Senior commercial leadership experience within payments, fintech, banking or technology.

  8. Strong track record of delivering sustained revenue growth.
