Senior Software Engineer

Own the architecture and technical direction of a significant, moderately-scoped service within the behavioral data platform, from design through delivery.

Champion the delivery of full components and support the lead engineer in coordinating feedback and work across the team.

Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders and customer teams to clarify requirements and distill them into a clear technical plan.

Identify and mitigate technical risks (including gaps against SLAs or other reliability commitments) before they become production issues.

Preferred: experience designing GraphQL APIs or microservices architectures at scale.

Preferred: familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and ability to reason about production behavior.

Preferred: experience with distributed data processing in the cloud (Spark, Hadoop/Hive, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) or ETL/orchestration tools such as Airflow.
